Abstract |
This research aims to design and develop temperature and humidity control from mist spraying system in growing vegetable on table based on the Internet of Things. The system was developed to measure the temperature and humidity in semi-automated raised garden table and control the mist spraying system via the applications on smartphones. In addition, it also can automatically control the mist spraying system and watering. The semi-automated raised garden table is a closed system and control watering with a timer device. The system is controlled and adjusted the temperature and humidity consistently not over than a maximum of 33 ºc by the mist spraying system. The results show that the system can display the correct temperature and humidity, and control the mist spraying system via smartphones and automation. The system was validated with water convolvulus for the period of 25 days. The study results showed that the water convolvulus in semi-automated raised garden table better than the controlled plot in height, stem diameters, number of leaves, leaf length and leaf width. |
