In this paper, we introduce the concepts of almost (m, n)-quasi-ideals and fuzzy almost (m, n)-
quasi-ideals of semigroups. The basic properties of those ideals are investigated. Furthermore, we provide
the relationships between almost (m, n)-quasi-ideals and their fuzzifications. Eventually, the minimality,
prime and semiprime are examined in such relationships.
